Suspect sought after offender enters employee’s car
A UIC employee was in her vehicle at a stoplight at Ashland Avenue and Van Buren Street at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday when a female black offender entered the vehicle and told the victim to drive.

The employee drove to the corner of Taylor and Paulina streets and the offender left the vehicle and fled in an unknown direction. The employee’s cell phone and snow brush were taken.
