Morgan Street bridge closes week of Sept. 9

The Morgan Street bridge will be closed beginning the week of Sept. 9 for the initial phase of the reconstruction of the Circle Interchange Project.

Soil testing will begin the week of Sept. 9 to the north and south of the Peoria Street bridge in advance of the work scheduled to begin in spring 2014.
