UIC College of Business Administration earns reaccreditation

The College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois at Chicago has been reaccredited by AACSB International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. AACSB accreditation is earned by less than 5 percent of the world’s business programs.

Our renowned research faculty is committed to transforming student potential into career success,” says UIC Business Dean Michael Mikhail.
AACSB International is the longest serving global accrediting body for business schools that offer undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees in business and accounting. Today, 711 business schools in 47 countries and territories maintain AACSB accreditation, and 180 institutions maintain an additional specialized AACSB accreditation for their accounting programs.
UIC Business is home to the Liautaud Graduate School of Business and enrolls more than 2,500 undergraduates and 600 graduate students. Rated among the top 15 percent of AACSB-accredited business schools in the country, the college’s undergraduate business program is the highest ranked in the Chicago area by U.S. News and World Report for the past two years.
