The end is near, not here
Weather is not bad, the Bulls and Blackhawks are in the playoffs, the Cubs and Sox are playing and the semester is winding down. However, there is still work to be done before that final class. For some, you have a final paper or a speech to construct. For others, you are studying for that final exam. Good luck, by the way. Whatever it is, it will have a big impact on your grade because finals account for a large portion of your grade.
There are a lot of other things that can distract you these final few weeks. I know for myself, I will have to force myself to stay away from Chicago sports. As I mentioned, the Bulls and the Blackhawks are playing in the playoffs so being a sports fan is brutal at this point. My advice to you is to get your work done before the games come on.
The weather is tempting also. You may be wanting to get out of the house and see this beautiful city. We fought through that winter season to finally be able to put on our spring clothes but just hold on for a few more weeks and you will have plenty of time for that. With Finals rapidly approaching, you are going to need every minute to study.
The last day of classes will be May 1 and final exams are May 4-8. So the semester is winding down; there are about two more weeks until the end. However, there is still much work to be done – so just do it.

Matthew decided to come to UIC because of the business program’s reputation and because he wanted to study at a campus with a diverse atmosphere. He likes how close the campus is to downtown Chicago and the Willis Tower. In his free time, he loves to surround myself with loved ones, and he enjoys sports and going to the gym.
