“Commerce in Human Souls: The Legacy of the Atlantic Slave Trade”
Exhibit includes 18th and 19th century documents from the UIC Library’s special collections including, letters, government reports, diaries and slave ship drawings that show how the Atlantic slave trade shaped many of the economic, political, racial and social beginnings of our contemporary world. 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mon.-Tues and Thurs.-Fri., and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Wed.
