UIC Greek organizations took over the Lecture Center Plaza Friday to celebrate Greek Week with races, tug of war and other field contests.
Greek Week, which continues through Thursday, brings together 600 students from 32 chapters and five councils to celebrate Panhellenic life on campus. Events are open to all students.
Today’s events include a founder’s brunch at 9:30 a.m. in 302 Student Center East and a Zumbathon at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center.
Greek Week closes Thursday with the “Greek Scene” talent show at 6 p.m. in the Illinois Room, Student Center East.
