Free flu shots for students, employees
Free flu shot clinics will be on campus in September and October.
Annual free vaccination clinics offer qualifying registered students, employees and retirees a chance to receive a seasonal flu vaccination at no cost. Eligible people are enrolled in Campus Care, Quality Care Health Plans (QCHP), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), Open Access Plan (OAP), or other state-sponsored insurance plans.
Student Flu Clinics will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Student Center West on two dates: Sept. 20 in the Thompson Room, and Sept. 24 in Room 206. A valid i-card is required.
State Seasonal Flu Shot Clinics for employees and retirees will take place at two locations from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Oct. 16 in the Thompson Rooms, Student Center West, and Oct. 23 in the Cardinal Room, Student Center East. Employees must present their health insurance card from a state-sponsored plan and valid i-card. Retirees must also bring a card from their state-sponsored plan and state ID or driver’s license.
