Biography
Xuehua Xiang is a professor of linguistics, applied linguistics and Chinese linguistics. Her work supports language teachers and learners by examining how language constructs meaning, expresses viewpoints and depicts imagery. Xiang’s work also highlights the importance of translating public health and safety information into as many languages as possible and analyzes the dangers and societal impact of language barriers.
