Youth Summer Programs – UIC School of Theatre & Music

July 14-20, 2019

For: Rising 9th grade – graduating seniors

Experience the thrill of playing challenging music with fellow musicians from across Chicago. Expand your repertoire through an intensive six-day rehearsal process, led by UIC band directors and develop skills in instrumental master classes. Participate in a final performance on the last day of the camp, with the UIC Summer Wind Band. Socialize, get to know other young musicians and experience life on a great university campus. Join us at UIC this summer for a week of inspired music making!

While there is no entrance audition requirement, previous music ensemble experience is strongly recommended.
Registration: $125 (limited scholarships available)

Registrations accepted until capacity is reached. For best consideration, register by June 22.

Schedule:
Sunday: seating placement auditions
Monday – Friday: 4PM – 8PM
Saturday: 10:30AM – 4PM
