Please join us for our monthly Global Health Colloquium on Wednesday, March 4th at noon.
Our speaker will be Maria Argos, PhD, Associate Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the School of Public Health at UIC. Her research focuses on environmental and molecular epidemiology of chronic diseases, with particular emphasis on the health effects of metal exposures.
Dr. Argos will be presenting “Environmental Health Research in Bangladesh: Mass Poisoning by Arsenic in Drinking Water”
This event is open to all faculty, staff and students, including those outside of UIC.
