Join the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law for the Rising Attorneys Inclusive Summer Experience (R.A.I.S.E), an exciting two-day immersive program May 30-31 at the law school. The goal of R.A.I.S.E. is to provide access, information and an opportunity to students interested in impacting their communities by using a law degree to promote social justice. Participants will:
- Explore how to prepare for, apply to and pay for law school with representatives from the offices of admissions and financial aid
- Participate in a mock trial
- Attend mock classes taught by UIC law faculty
- Learn insights and tips for a successful law school experience from past and current law students
Visit the R.A.I.S.E 2024 webpage to register for a virtual informational session; access the required R.A.I.S.E questionnaire; and view eligibility guidelines, important dates and deadlines. Applications are now open. For best consideration, please apply by May 1. Decisions will be emailed no later than May 10 for all students who apply before May 1.
