Native Heritage Month Event – Cultivating Indigenous Brilliance

We are starting Native American Heritage Month off strong! We will be hosting Frank Waln, a popular Native hip-hop artist, who currently lives in Chicago. He will be performing while also discussing his own experiences with being in higher education as an indigenous student. A reception will follow the event.

Where is the closest parking?  Parking is available in the Halsted and Taylor Street Parking Structure (760 W. Taylor St.). The entrance to this parking structure is on Taylor Street. Upon entry‚ guests should take a ticket and upon exit‚ guests should present this ticket to the cashier and pay the appropriate total.

Is this event accessible? Yes, the location itself has elevator access. In addition, there will be an ASL interpreter at the performance.
