Commemorating the historic day in 1787 when the U.S. Constitution was signed and recognizing the contributions of millions of naturalized U.S. citizens past and present. Voter registration and volunteer opportunities, 11:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 1:30 p.m. Guest speaker Matthew Lippman, professor emeritus of criminal justice,  presents The Hidden Constitution: National Security, Electronic Surveillance and Privacy in an Age of Terror, noon to 1 p.m.
