The Computational Research Symposium is a dynamic forum for UIC researchers to learn how high-performance computing, AI and data analytics are being used to advance discovery from all corners of the campus.

The symposium is sponsored by UIC Advanced Cyberinfrastructure for Education and Research, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and the UIC Library.

Whether you’re a student, postdoc, faculty member or industry professional, this event is your gateway to the cutting edge of computation, data science and scientific visualization. Join us in this collaborative platform to showcase your research achievements and foster discussions that advance computational understanding and innovation.

In addition to talks from prominent speakers from academia and industry, UIC students and staff will have the opportunity to present their work and compete for cash prizes at the event’s poster session. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees.
