Great Stuff Exchange 2022

Back on campus and in need of some office supplies?

For 30 years, the sustainability program at UIC has hosted this event. Last year it was an online store, but this year we’re bringing it back to the center of campus!

Throughout the year, the Office of Sustainability collects office supplies from campus departments and gives them away to UIC students and employees during the annual Great Stuff Exchange. Much of what we have is gently used, but some of it has never been out of its packaging.

In past years, we have had hundreds attend, but this year we’ll limit the number of shoppers at one time for safety. We’ll also require that everyone be masked, and we’ll have hand sanitizer available.

As usual, we’ll have three-ring binders; hanging file folders; pocket folders; and office supplies such as binder clips, paper clips, boxes of staples, sticky notes, and file racks, including rolling file holders. Toner and ink cartridges are also available.
