Clinical Professor of Information and Decision Sciences
Matthew Liotine is a clinical professor of information and decision sciences and director of the Master of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management Graduate Studies in the UIC College of Business Administration. He also is director and founder of the UIC School of Public Health certificate program in emergency management and continuity planning.
His research includes catastrophic planning, critical infrastructure planning, supply-chain risk and system continuity. Recently, Liotine worked with public agencies to develop preparedness strategies for Ebola.
He has been a management consultant, providing businesses nationwide and abroad with technology management, planning, industry research and training expertise. He has 25 years of industry experience in the chemical and high-tech industries.
