Dr. Daniel Moreira, an associate professor of urology, specializes in the surgical care of men with urologic cancers, such as bladder, kidney, prostate and testicular cancers. He has a background in biostatistics, outcomes and health services research with particular interests in patient-centered outcomes research, risk stratification and cancer epidemiology for prostate and kidney cancer.
Moreira’s research interests include the use of MRI imaging for prostate cancer and the role of inflammation in fighting prostate cancer.
