Webinar on fall prevention for older Asian Americans

To kick off Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, experts will present a free webinar tailored to older Asian Americans on how to prevent falls.

The webinar is a project of the Aging Services Inclusive of Asian American Networks. It will have live interpretation in Cantonese, Hindi, Mandarin and Urdu. The webinar will feature fall-prevention experts Jenica Lee, clinical associate professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at UIC, and Tanvi Bhatt, professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at UIC, who will provide a comprehensive overview of fall prevention especially for older Asian Americans.
