UIC Certificate in Nonprofit Management: February courses

New courses for UIC’s Certificate in Nonprofit Management are open for registration. The following online classes begin Thursday, Feb. 1, and run through Wednesday, March 6.

• Leadership and Governance in Nonprofit Organizations
  Learn to strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of a nonprofit board as you survey board roles and responsibilities, governance structure, board recruitment and retention.

• Aligning Efforts to Outcomes: Effective Program Design and Evaluation
  Receive a framework for understanding the continuous and integrated process of program evaluation and program design.

• Step by Step: How to Write a Winning Grant Proposal
  Master the fundamentals of grant writing through this highly interactive online course. (This course will end Wednesday, March 13.)

Fee: $550 / $515 for University of Illinois alumni, employees or current degree-seeking students / $650 for Step by Step: How to Write a Winning Grant Proposal
Registration deadline: Thursday, Jan. 25, at noon CT.

This course counts toward UIC’s Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
