Live rock opera “Water Riot”

Come see a live rock opera about environmental justice at UIC’s Latino Cultural Center. “Water Riot” is a rock opera about environmental justice issues created by Derek McPhatter, who will join a live band and singers to perform a selection. This event, sponsored by The Freshwater Lab, showcases how the arts can highlight and inform us about pressing issues. Please join us for a fun performance to begin the academic year.
