Join UIC’s Institute for Research on Race and Public Policy and the National Public Housing Museum in person or online for this year’s annual Phillip J. Bowman Lecture on Race and Public Policy, which will explore how people are building collective futures by reimagining the value of housing not as a commodity for individual profit but as a collective right to struggle for.
