This month The CHANCE Program takes time to celebrate and acknowledge the accomplishments that women have made to society and our nation. Since 1981, our country has celebrated the contributions and sacrifices that women have made for their families, the workplace, communities, the world and beyond. Over the past four decades, our nation has set aside time to not only recognize specific achievements women have made over the course of American history in a variety of fields; but our nation has also grown
with “Women in Power.” This year’s Annual Women’s History Month – Lunch Roundtable Discussions will feature two University of Illinois Alumna Mrs. Catalina Nava-Esparza, Village Trustee, Alsip, IL, UIC Alum and Dr. Tiffany Victor-Castleberry, Executive Director, Aging Adult Services and Spiritual Care, UIUC Alum.
