Mindful Way Workshop (Virtual)

Over the course of four weeks, participants in the Mindful Way workshop will be introduced to mindfulness principles and common types of meditation practice. They will also participate in guided meditation practice in each meeting. Participants will be invited to discuss experience with the practice and how to integrate it into daily life and as part of their self-care plan. The workshop is sponsored by the UIC Counseling Center.
This workshop will be held on Tuesdays, June 3, 17 and 24, and July 1. Please be mindful that we will not meet on Tuesday, June 10.
