Join therapists from UIC’s Counseling Center for a four-week, structured, DBT and CBT skills-based workshop, learning how to manage your mood! This workshop will help students implement healthy strategies to manage stress, anxiety and other difficult emotions. The workshop will include skills-building worksheets, activities and discussion among members.
