New to UIC? Returning for another semester? You’re invited to a panel featuring current students who share their experiences as disabled students at UIC and what they’ve learned along the way.

Dis/Orientation: DCC Student Panel

BSB 231 and on Zoom.

Audience note: This event centers the experiences of disabled students, but anyone is welcome to join us (nondisabled folks, non-students like faculty and staff, etc.).

COVID safety information: UIC does not require masking, but we are still masking indoors as an accessibility measure for chronically ill/immunocompromised folks and those living interdependently with them. Please wear a mask. We’ll have extras on hand. If masking is not accessible for you, please let us know and we will be happy to figure things out together!

Access information: Zoom captions will be provided, and we will be masking indoors at BSB 231. The Disability Cultural Center is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via elevator. We use fragrance-free cleaning supplies in our center, but UIC is not a fragrance free campus. Please skip the cologne or perfume to make this a fragrance reduced environment.
